Dr Richard Pollock's Bone Healing Protocol has been developed to support new bone growth, oral health, and immunity.

Designed by Dr Pollock for preparation for dental surgery, and post surgical recovery.

Note: Unfortunately, at any one time one of the individual components is often out of stock, which means the entire kit will appear "out of stock". We know this is frustrating, but we don't have a work around for this problem, which won't drive us insane. On a positive note, all of the products (except Olive Leaf Extract ) have direct replacements, for example we sell around a dozen Vitamin D products. So when the kit is shown as "out of stock", we recommend clicking on each link below, and adding them to your basket separately. When you find which product is out of stock, we suggest replacing it with a similar product, for example another vitamin D product if the usual one isn't available.

1 x Vitamin D3 4000iu with Vitamin K2 (Like the majoirity of vitamin D products, the Vitamin D is derived from sheeps wool, and this is the only reason why the kit if vegetarian and not vegan)

1x Vitamin C 1000mg

2 x Magnesium Citrate + 2 x Magnesium Malate (We suggest taking half and half of these two products)

2 x Zinc Gluconate 15mg + Vitamin B6 15mg 90 capsules

1 x Boron 3mg 100 capsules

1 x Liposomal Omega 3 (Vegan)

2 x Olive Leaf Extract.

About re-ordering

It is almost impossible to create a kit where all products last for the same amount of time. This kit is sufficient to get you started but you may need to consider purchasing the products separately where it comes to re-ordering them.

Not included in the kit, but should be considered for extra bone support

Silica Plus - Silica is important in the deposition of essential minerals such as calcium in the bone matrix.

Vitamin E tocotrienols  - Don't bother with cheap Vitamin E tocopherol products - they just don't do the same thing. As well as helping with bone building, the tocotrienols are one of the products that minimise damage from dental or any other type of X-ray. Note, not vegetarian due to bovine gelatine capsule

MSM (Sulphur) - Really valuable mineral for bones and joints. Supports collagen production. Helps tissue repair. There are entire books written about this mineral.

Collagen  - Collagen is a structural protein that forms a flexible framework in bones, providing a scaffold for mineral deposition. It helps bones resist stretching and bending, while minerals like calcium phosphate harden around the collagen to give bones their strength and rigidity. Note, not vegetarian due to fish source.

Protein Powder - Protein provides the body with essential amino acids needed to build and repair tissues, including the collagen matrix in bones. Adequate protein intake supports bone density by promoting calcium absorption and stimulating the production of bone-forming cells. There are countless protein powders on the market, but most of thema re full of junk. This is the healthiest and cleanest one we have come across.

Here's a short comparison of collagen supplements vs. protein powder supplements for bone building:

Collagen supplements specifically provide the amino acids (like glycine and proline) that are major components of the bone's collagen matrix. They're more targeted toward supporting the structure and flexibility of bones.

Protein powder supplements, on the other hand, offer a broader range of amino acids that support overall muscle and tissue repair—including bones—but aren't as concentrated in the specific ones needed for collagen synthesis.
