Decided to take liposomal D3/K2 as its an easier and more efficient option. Have been using the recommended dosage of 1mg per day and have noticed how quickly my energy and mood improves following ingestion. I’ll continue this dosage throughout the year and probably increase it through winter months. I am now at an age when food alone is not enough to maintain a strong immune system. Easy to take and nice taste too.

This is another brilliant product in a liposomal format which makes absorption far better when compared with tablets or capsules. Highly recommended especially as this D3 incorportaes K2. This is probably one of the best products I came across

I was advised to obtain this product to help with a back and shoulder injury. Since taking my training has improved, Injury has improved noticeably and I feel a lot more positive. Like many of these supplements you don't notice the difference until you stop taking them.

Have been taking about 1ml per day over a couple of months and recent blood test showed that Vitamin D levels were in healthy range. It's good to have a liposomal version of Vit D to try. It's a faily low dosage per dropper, however hopefully the purported superior absorption of the liposomal form makes up for this.

This is an essential vitimin - if you live in the UK and are not taking a Vit D suppliment you are most likely defficient.

I think I do feel better since being on this product. I also use a vitamin d lamp during the winter months to make sure my vitamin d doesn't drop too low as it seems to be a constant problem for me. It's a very nice taste indeed, the sort of thing you could drink a mug full of.

I feel this gives me the extra top up I need.

After taking 1.0 ml for 2 months, my latest blood tests show a perfect reading. The Dr's prescribed tablets which remain unopened. Now cancelled prescription and will continue with the drops.

My favourite Vitamin D3 supplement of many. Either the liposomal quality or the combination with K2 seems to stave off the low mood side effect I usually get with D3. Has a pleasant apricot flavour. Only drawback is it's not a very high dosage per dropper.

This D vitamin is absolutely indispensable for me. I haven'had a cold or flu since starting this. I began by high-dosing twice daily, and never looked back. Along with liposomal C, this has helped nurse my bones, hair and nails back into shape. The absolute best D available.

I have been using Liposomal Vitamin D3/K2 for almost a year. It is the best vitamin D product I have ever used. I tried this product as I had low levels of vitamin D for years and as a black person I need to take this vitamin throughout the year. I tried vitamin D products via different high street brands. But the GP found my levels remained low. Since using Liposomal my vitamin D levels have been within the normal range. I now have my whole family taking it: with the same result. Fantastic! Bought this for my 4yr old and 6yr old grandchildren. They say 'yuk' every time they are given it, but there is never a refusal to take it. So the benefits far outweigh a 'yuk'. Very happy with this product.

Both me and my partner have been taking the Liposomal Vitamin D product for a few years now. My partner had a vitamin D test early this year, and his levels were well above the recommended level for health. A great quality easy to take product.

D3/K2 in a liquid form is nice and easy to take. I've noticed how well it works for muscle pain and it's good to know that my body is getting what it needs. Especially as it's coming into the Autumn/Winter months when the sun isn't out so much. This stuff is great for your immune system too.

I started taking this product with my daughter who has Down Sundrome after starting the Liposomal Vitamin C in this range.
