This product is very useful to support managing my chronic constipation. I only need to take 1-2 at night and things move along nicely the next day, although the result I get is variable. That said I've noticed that if you take it even 3-4 hours after a heavy meal you get a lesser effect (not necessarily a bad thing as 2 capsules can produce a strong result). I'd say it's definitely more powerful than similar products I've taken, which is great as it keeps the cost down. I've rated this 'pretty good' rather than 'fantastic', as I haven't been able to achieve a regular result which provides some logistical challenges about when to take it, but that may well just be my body's response. It's a very good product and I'd definitely try it.

This is a great replacement to colosan. Colosan was a game changer fir me frr getting me regular and helping me on a better health journey. This oxysan is just as good if not better! 1 tablet every evening before I go to bed does the trick

Have been using mag 07 for some time now and it has proved to be very beneficial. However having tried the trial size Oxysan I felt that this was even better for me personally and have now been using this for some weeks. I now switch between mag 07 and oxysan and finds that works very well for me. I wish I had known about both of these products many years ago. It has sorted out a lifetime difficulty and I now no longer suffer discomfort or have a diverticula.

Oxysan has been a great benefit to me. I am a 78 year old woman who has has bowl issues my whole life. I was introduced to Colosan by a friend two years ago, it has been a life saver. I was so happy when they reintroduced Oxysan to replace Colosan, works better and I will continue using for quality of life!

To my shame, not even opened as was twitchy about loose bowels in the morning in my weak state. I had also started Oxygen Max and wanted to assess its effects without being influenced by taking a second product. I was both amused and surprised to find that even on the lowest dose I was getting a strong bowel detox from day 2 on. So the Max was doing what I had bought the Oxysan for as well as hopefully improving my oxygen uptake. When I feel a little braver, I will start Oxysan on minimum dose as I react to everything as my experience with the Max has shown me that bowel detoxing is a very worthwhile thing to do and I want to continue it more thoroughly. I had also noticed how foul my breath was and it seems better now. So apologies for not yet leaving a review on Oxysan but I have made a start with Max, which is what has convinced me it is worth while continuing more intensively.

I did indeed order the powder but I made the mistake and wanted the capsules as I have ordered them before and very happy with them. My husband uses the Oxysan Powder every other day (half a teaspoon with half a glass of water in the morning) to help with his constipation. He is very happy with the results. My husband’s constipation in related to his Parkinson’s disease.

Really love this product! I have taken Colosan powder & capsules in the past in addition to Mag 07 & I have to say this product works best for me. I know Mark has stressed different products effect everyone differently & all the others I have tried worked but this one has worked the best without any fuss. Very regular, constant results without any side effects. Will continue taking daily at bedtime.

I normally use my favourite Oxy-Powder, but due to habituation, it has become less effective, and time for a break. I chose Oxysan as a great replacement... and it works. In the first week, I took 2 or 3 capsules in the morning with a glass of water, and occasionally, 1 or 2 capsules in the evening before bed, all taken on an empty stomach with no discomfort.

It took less than 1 week for the desired result and therefore I reduced the dosage. However, if circumstances arise, the dosage can be increased.

Safe and effective, I thoroughly recommend this product!

This works - I found that there's a need to get the dose right initially, starting with one a day for a couple of days then moving to two if no result. Carry on gradual increasing by one a day until you get a result. For me, two a day works. If you start on more than one a day, there's a slight possibility of having to rush quickly to the loo.

These Oxysan capsules do everything you'd hope.

I have to use quite heavy duty pain killers that cause constipation and was getting concerned at the increasing amount of laxatives I was taking.

After starting with 1 capsule before bed then increasing up to 3, I found 3 produced a cleansing effect with 4 or 5 bowel movements in one day.

Then after purchasing the full size bottle I settled down onto two Oxysan at night which works great I find for my needs, that and snacking on fresh coconut are now my healthy and happy bowel friends ????

I now no longer require laxatives.

New to this product, started with one tablet on first day then moved to two the next and for the rest of the seven day trial period. Very happy with results and looking forward to having another seven session when I will start with three or four tablets now I'm aware how they work . Not sure if I'm allowed to continue taking daily as doesn't say just mentions seven days

Excellent product, could not do Candida detox without it, helps remove toxins quickly without dehydration. I prefer the capsules but have also used the powder, I find the capsules more convenient. I take with ACV and a squeeze of lemon. Fabulous.

Amazing product! I have 2 heaped teaspoons with A LOT of water just before bedtime, and that was perhaps a bit too much for me, but what an effective product! I also understand that there is no side effects and no chance of long-term problems. I highly recommend this product for maintaining the regulation of bowel movements.

I bought this to try in place of Mag O7 which I’ve been taking regularly for a number of years. (I switched to it from Colosan which stopped working so well for me.)

I find it works pretty much exactly the same and at the same dosage for me. I take 2 capsules in the morning.

I would say it is a like for like substitute for Mag O7.

Bought to replace Colosan which I have been using for years.It is a bit more palatable and seems to be pretty much the same. I don't find it much stronger, A quarter to one third a teaspoon at night seems to work. I wouldn't like to be without it.

I have been using Mag07 for years but had to take more for a good result. These tablets are amazing and much better value as you take less.

I am amazed by how effective the OxySan capsules are. My partner & myself use them when needed especially after certain medications, keeping us regular & the feeling of sluggishness has gone,..more energy more positive. Thank you Mark & team

I was recommeneded the Oxysan Capsules by my homeopath, and i cannot give enough credit to how this has transformed my health.... i have suffered with constipation since childhood, and i am now 70yrs of age... i have tried everything to try to maintain natural gut health, but nothing has acted more naturally and comfortably and effectively than these capsules... they are amazing.. well to me a miracle... and as i understand they have no undue negative side effects so i am able to take them as and when i need without any concerns to my health... so yes they are amazing... thank you

I have been taking 4 a day of these and can confirm they are very helpful in getting my bowel moving.

Due to a period of high stress which I believe was also causing abdominal pains, I also became constipated and began worrying that I might have IBS. While I'm not certain if I have IBS, I suspect that my abdominal pains are due to years of channeling stress to my abdomen, exacerbated by over a week of constipation.

I tried to get an appointment with my doctor, but it was a total waste of time, and stressfull, reinforcing my belief that the NHS is more harmful than helpful. More and more Im beginning to seek alternative remedies to ailments and the truth is I know very well big pharma and big Gov are most definitely not your friend.

Remembering that I had bought some oxygen supplements from Finchley Clinic in 2015, I decided to try them again. The product I used before was no longer available, so I purchased the trial size of Oxysan (12 capsules). I took one capsule before bed, and although I didn't feel the need to go upon waking, I did have a bowel movement after about an hour. It wasn't a complete evacuation, but it was progress, I was happy I had a movement, so I decided to increase the dose.

After taking two capsules, I had another bowel movement in the afternoon, followed by another one an hour later. This confirmed to me that the supplement was very effective. Over the next few days, I took two capsules each morning and was able to go regularly, twice per day and one day I had three movements. My abdominal shooting pains have subsided, leading me to think I may not have IBS and the reason was going less regular than I used to. Although I do want to get some scans done to see if there is anything wrong.

When I purchase a full bottle of Oxysan, I plan to increase the dose to four capsules for a few days for a more thorough cleansing, then reduce to one or two capsules per day. As everyone's body responds differently, some experimentation might be necessary.

I have experienced zero negative effects from taking Oxysan and can absolutely recommend them.

After colosan I find oxysan is better, more gentle on the system and I just take one tablet at night.

Good stuff! Empties you out feels like my body gets some oxygen. However be careful as they can make you run to the toilet, start with one and then go from there.
